Intensive In-Home Support program (IIHS) provides intensive response to families in crisis to ensure the personal safety of children while allowing them to remain within the home.
Proudly serving the Prince Albert and Melfort areas.
Support parents/caregivers to keep children out of the Child and Family Programs care and/or return home from care
Navigating case plans; supporting clients and their family through services, goals, and timelines.
Referral to our Interpersonal Violence counsellor. Intention is to help address the impact of recent or historical interpersonal violence.
Assist with providing transportation to appointments when needed, court, etc.
Work with families and help connect them to more resources and ongoing services
Helping and assisting clients with completing referrals to other agencies
Court support and Advocacy. IIHS workers can provide support throughout legal processes, which may include court preparation and court attendance.
IIHS can assist with any Housing and Financial applications
